Returns & warranties
We stand behind the goods we sell and honour customers’ rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
A faulty item may be sent for assessment to establish the cause of the problem, including possible misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Where goods qualify as defective under the Consumer Protection Act, the available remedies include repair, replacement or refund.
Any known defects or special conditions applying to a second-hand item will be explained at the time of sale.
Non-defective goods bought in store are generally not accepted for return simply because the customer changed their mind. This does not limit any rights provided by law.
